New hires working with Wolfe Production LLC.

What is this for?

For onboarding new hires into the payroll system, we require the following forms:

• Federal Form I-9
• Federal Form W-4
• State-Worked-In Form W-4
• Signed Safety Form
• Photo Release Form
• Stop Check Voluntary Deduction Form

As well a photocopy of your Passport or two forms of ID.

Am I required to use this website to work with Wolfe Production LLC?

Absolutely not. We only want to improve the onboarding experience. If you would like to fill out physical copies of your forms, please ask one of our staff for a packet, or feel free to contact us. We will happily accomodate you.

How do I setup direct deposit? 🛜 💵

After you have created your ADP (Automatic Data Processing) account we can send a form request to your profile.

How do I setup my ADP (Automatic Data Processing) account?

Please contact us, and we will grant you a Personal Registration Code which you will need during account creation.

How do I access my Paystubs or Tax Documents?

Everything is available through ADP (Automatic Data Processing).

Who will be able to see my information?

HR & Payroll department at Wolfe Production LLC. Local unions may also request documents.

Does Wolfe Production LLC sell my data?

No.
